In the app
Open ScoreYourChores, go to Parent Settings, and use the account deletion request option. This creates a support request linked to your signed-in parent account.

Request account deletion.
Signed-in parents can request deletion of their ScoreYourChores cloud account and household data from inside the app or by email.
By email
Email privacy@scoreyourchores.com from the parent account email address and include "Account deletion" in the subject line.
What is deleted
Cloud account, household data, and stored child profile photos associated with the parent account will be deleted after verification. Deleting the app also removes local device data from that device.
Subscriptions
Deleting your ScoreYourChores account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
Manual family rewards
ScoreYourChores does not process reward payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, or cash-outs. Manual family rewards are handled outside the app.
